
Supporting Global Customers as a Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Product Support Specialist. This role involves providing expert technical assistance to our customers, helping them resolve issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality, and usage of SAP products.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality support services by performing root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving support incidents reported by global customers.
- Analyze and report bugs to Development Support.
- Share technical knowledge with peers and customers.
- Monitor and act on critical support incidents.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide 24x7 support.
- Participate in local and global projects.
- Strong programming logic skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge in ERP/payroll business processes and systems would be an asset.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Fluent in English language.
- Excellent customer focus.
- Flexible approach to work as part of a team.
- Motivated and proactive.
