About the Role:At QuintoAndar, our mission is to become the go-to destination for housing, helping every customer find their dream home and develop a lasting connection with the place they live. To achieve this goal, we prioritize strategic partnerships with brokers, combining our technology, brand, and operations with their expertise and local knowledge.The QuintoAndar Network is our B2B solution for brokers, enabling them to transact within our marketplace, whether by increasing liquidity for their property portfolio or leveraging demand leads with access to all properties listed on QuintoAndar.One key aspect of the value we bring to our partners is building strong relationships with each broker. As a Business Advisory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in understanding the business needs and opportunities of brokers, helping them grow and achieve exceptional results.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of brokers, with accountability for their success and consistent meeting/exceeding of targets.
- Conduct analysis and provide insights on each broker's performance using dashboards and other data tools provided.
- Develop a deep understanding of QuintoAndar tools, processes, and value proposition and regularly reinforce it with brokers and their agents.
- Coach brokers and agents on supply acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Build and establish trust-based relationships with broker owners, internal teams, and agents, driving adoption of Rede QuintoAndar processes and products.
- Cultivate domain expertise in real estate trends and the overall landscape of your market.
- Hold a completed degree from any field, with all backgrounds welcome.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in business, consultancy, and/or strategic sales roles.
- Be self-sufficient and resourceful, with a proven track record of operating successfully in an autonomous work environment.
- Be driven to achieve excellence, consistently surpassing targets and performing at a top level month after month.
- Have an accurate business sense and be capable of running in-depth analysis on your portfolio of brokers' performance and designing actionable insights and winning strategies autonomously.
- Be creative in exploring new perspectives and proposing ideas to leverage brokers' results.
- Be able to build and nurture business relationships with brokers, gaining trust and positively influencing all those who work with you.
