Job Overview

We seek a strategic professional for Brazil with expertise in the automotive and RV ecosystem. In this role, you'll lead the identification and acquisition of dealership partners, transitioning into dealer management and operational support once partnerships are established.

  • Conduct market research on RV and automotive trends, including customer demand, competitors, and regulations.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential dealers and distribution partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and establish long-term relationships.
  • Provide insights into local customer preferences and business environment.
  • Support product launch and go-to-market activities in Brazil.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Channel Management within Automotive, RV, or Outdoor Lifestyle industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian automotive dealer ecosystem.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in Portuguese required; English proficiency preferred.
