Job Title: Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating interest in our products and services by proactively reaching out to prospects via digital channels and calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research and analyze trends, target companies, and buyer personas to identify potential opportunities.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects and potential partners through proactive communication and consultation.
  • Act as a consultant to identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products and services that meet their requirements.
  • Run introductory meetings with prospects and potential partners to generate interest and define pains and come up with relevant solutions.
  • Work closely with the CRM system to collect, monitor, and update information, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Qualify or disqualify leads and set up meetings for Account Executives to close sales.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Process inbound requests during assigned working hours and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Process MQLs within 2 hours of initial contact and follow up with prospects to nurture leads.
  • Proactively reach out to marketing qualified contacts to generate interest and create context for developing new opportunities.
  • Follow the Outbound list of activities and stay organized to meet deadlines.
  • Reply to customer inbound calls and provide timely assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • English Upper-Intermediate+
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the SaaS / IT domain
  • Ability to learn and retain new information quickly
  • Ability to handle multitasking productively
  • Great team player: optimistic, organized, flexible, helpful
