Regional Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Summary:

The role of Regional Talent Acquisition Lead is to drive strategic and operational talent acquisition initiatives across the region, focusing on high-impact hiring in areas such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate Functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters across South America who deliver on business hiring needs with speed, quality, and a strong commitment to diversity.
  • Partner proactively with business leaders, HR partners across South America to understand future workforce plans and translate them into actionable recruiting strategies.
  • Drive accountability for team and individual performance through clear goals, data-driven insights, and continuous development.
  • Build strong connectivity between TA, the broader People organization, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting across complex organizational structures and multicultural environments.
  • Proven leadership in managing recruiting teams across multiple countries and driving strategic talent initiatives is highly valued.
  • Experience in HR or Compensation is preferred, especially in navigating regional labor laws and market practices.
