Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish.

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
