Job Title: Executive Operations Assistant

The primary objective of this role is to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This involves maintaining strict confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion, and upholding the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports with precision and attention to detail.
- Draft, edit, and distribute executive correspondence, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a key liaison between executives, staff, departments, and contractors, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, providing administrative support and follow-up, ensuring timely execution of tasks and projects.

Mountain Operations Support:
- Assist in preparing and tracking business plans, budgets, and capital requests, providing critical insights and recommendations.
- Provide administrative support for department managers, including reporting, recordkeeping, ordering of supplies, and expense tracking as needed.
- Oversee compliance and audit tracking systems for year-round maintenance programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Proven track record of managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports with precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
