Talent Programs Associate Director

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in deepening engagement with local universities and workforce development organizations to drive innovation and growth within the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
You will be responsible for managing partnerships, identifying opportunities to introduce untapped talent to the partner ecosystem, and connecting them with employment opportunities. This will involve leading events such as career fairs, webinars, and info sessions, creating and managing program assets, and driving internal alignment across multiple organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage university & Workforce Development organization partnerships
- Proactively find and execute on opportunities to introduce untapped talent to the partner ecosystem & connect them with employment opportunities
- Lead events such as career fairs, webinars, and info sessions
- Create & help lead a steering committee of partners and workforce development organizations
- Build and manage program assets and content creation (blogs, guides, etc.)
- Drive internal alignment across multiple organizations, including Partner Marketing, Trailhead, and our Alliances team
