Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO at UltaHost, a fast-growing web hosting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and tech, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Meeting Coordination: Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, taking notes, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, and external partners, particularly within the tech industry.
  • Correspondence: Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior management, preferably within the IT, tech, or web hosting industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
