Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Experience with Next.js, PostgreSQL, Node.js, and prompt engineering.
- Product mindset: ability to create beautiful, functional designs quickly.
- First principles thinking: problem solver first and foremost.
- Experience scaling systems efficiently.
- Quick learner.
- Collaborate directly with customers to resolve production issues and adjust configurations as needed.
- Develop and launch new features promptly, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Design scalable and reliable systems.
- Take on a leadership role as the team expands.
