We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and respected.
- Liaise with internal teams to identify and address the root cause of customer issues, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction, leveraging collective expertise and knowledge to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous work experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment, is essential.
- Ability to work on weekends as needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing business demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
