Job Summary
As a key member of our team, the Garantia Process Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty processes in Brazil. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process warranty transactions submitted by our network of concessionaires, ensuring compliance with pre-approved procedures and policies.
- Monitor and track the payment status of warranty claims, collaborating with other departments to resolve any issues and expedite payment processing where necessary.
- Develop and maintain performance indicators for warranty transaction processing, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to reduce warranty costs.
- Provide support to our network of concessionaires on warranty procedures and transaction processing.
- Collaborate with the Supplier Recovery team to extract reports and issue invoices to suppliers.
- Support the Inventory Receipt team with issuing invoices and debits for analyzed parts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Availability to work in São Caetano do Sul.
