Job Summary

The Head of Sales Brazil will be responsible for leading the sales team in Brazil to maximize revenue and maintain relationships with key clients. This role will oversee the sales evolution in Brazil, managing a team of 3 to 10 people with different roles, including managers, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Sales Account Managers (SAMs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Review weekly and monthly performance trends for markets and commitments
  • Plan client visits for the week, including account planning, visit preparation, and client visits
  • Mentor KAM/SAM in both business and soft skills according to each person's need
  • Conduct sessions and results review, discussing portfolio performance, strategy, and next steps, coaching on selling skills, and visit scheduling for next week
  • Closing relevant deals by being a contact point for key clients
  • Analysis and administration, including bookings, internal reporting, and interactions with others

Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • Solid knowledge of Sales and Account Management in the wholesaler segment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with senior executives
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality and self-motivation
  • Creative with a high degree of customer focus and results-oriented
  • Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Law
  • Accredited experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the travel industry
  • Company's experienced (highly desired)
  • Excellent computer literacy and basic understanding of some technical solutions used by sales companies (especially Tableau and Sales Force)
