Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled leader to manage our development teams and drive application growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple teams to achieve established goals and conduct personnel duties.
  • Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, planning, and budget management.
  • Resolve issues by utilizing in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas.
  • Contribute to defining standards and ensure essential procedures are followed.
  • Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions and communicate with external parties as necessary.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technologies such as Java, Spring, SQL databases, MongoDB, JavaScript, Rest APIs, Mobile apps, Microservices apps, Messaging, Data lifecycle, .Net, C#.
  • Development experience in legacy technologies such as VB, Delphi is a plus.
  • Advanced English level, fluent in English for conversations with senior forums.
  • Experience managing transformation projects, driving process change and improvements in technology organizations.
  • Working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
  • Consistent written and verbal communication.
