The Role

This is a self-driven sales position where you'll manage your pipeline end-to-end from prospecting to closing. You'll represent Clara with clarity, discipline, and energy, focusing on expanding our reach in Brazil by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects.

  • Own the outbound sales motion for your territory
  • Build and manage a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach
  • Set and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Track and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed deals

You will be a brand ambassador, clearly communicating our value proposition to potential clients.

Requirements
  • Strong pipeline management skills and a consistent record of exceeding outbound sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Based in Salvador
  • Working proficiency in Portuguese
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
