Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Operations Analyst to join our team at Drixit Technologies. This role will be responsible for coordinating hardware operational activities in Brazil, ensuring the accomplishment of processes and the achievement of objectives related to customer deliveries and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Requests for Quotations: Negotiate beneficial agreements with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
  • Coordinate Process Improvements: Work with the responsible team to identify and implement operational process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise Hardware Manufacturing and Assembly: Coordinate with the responsible team to ensure timely delivery of hardware products to customers.
  • Optimize Supply Chain and Production Processes: Analyze and optimize supply chain and production processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Calculate Product Costs: Calculate the costs of each product to establish RMA prices and hardware product costs.
  • Collaborate with Accounting Department: Work with the accounting department to maintain proper stock records in both Argentina and Brazil.
  • Ensure Smooth Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the operations area and its ability to efficiently and safely fulfill projects and deliveries.
  • Direct Contact with Accounting Office: Establish direct contact with the accounting office for the issuance of tax invoices.
  • Report Area Status and Objectives: Report general area status and objectives to the Latam Operations Manager.
  • Responsible for Technical Purchases: Responsible for technical purchases in the operations area.
Requirements:
  • At Least 3 Years of Experience: Proven experience in a similar position with SaaS products.
  • Consultative Selling: Willing to do consultative selling.
  • Negotiation, Communication & Persuasive Skills: Great negotiation, communication & persuasive skills.
