Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Success Manager to join our team. As a Cloud Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners, helping them to grow their business and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with ISV partners to drive revenue growth and customer success.
  • Collaborate with AWS teams to provide sales enablement, demand generation, and lead tracking support to ISV partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ISV partners, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive success.
  • Work closely with AWS Account Management teams to identify and pursue high-profile joint sales opportunities.
  • Develop and promote technology partner value propositions into enterprise direct sales organizations.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of technology-related sales experience, with a focus on enterprise customer accounts and ISV partners.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills, with experience working with C-level decision makers.
  • Extensive experience working with information technology customers and/or partners through account management, product management, program management, and business development engagements.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
