Equipment Rentals and Guest Services Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to lead our tube rental team at the SCT warehouse location. As a Tube Rental Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating equipment rentals and lessons to guests of varying ages. You will work closely with guests, supervising the setup, maintenance, and teardown of trailers, tubes, personal flotation devices, and canopies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to remain outside in all conditions for long periods. Previous leadership or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong POS knowledge and ability to train staff members in proper use
- Understanding of reporting mechanisms and data analysis
- Physical capabilities to assist with moving equipment throughout an entire shift
