  • Responsibilities will include overseeing surveying and SharePoint management, maintaining FAQs, and managing email responses to ensure coordinated responses with relevant team members and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for change management and stakeholder engagement within the program.
  • Help define the vision and strategy for change, ensuring it is clear and compelling while collaborating with the Program Leader and other stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Program Lead to support the identification and prioritization of early experience needs and improvement opportunities.
