Job Summary

You will serve as the key point of contact between our technical support teams in Buenos Aires and Brazil, facilitating seamless communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Resolve Post-Sale Support Cases: Utilize your analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues presented through our incident ticket system, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Identify Recurring Support Cases: Collaborate with the regional team to identify recurring support cases and their derivatives, enabling us to develop targeted solutions and improve overall support efficiency.
  • Inform Lab of New Threats: Promptly notify our lab team of any new virus detections and blocked URLs, ensuring our products remain effective in protecting our clients.
  • Deliver Trainings and Webinars: Develop and conduct trainings and webinars to educate our clients and partners on the effective use of ESET products, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Generate Technical Content: Create high-quality technical content, including guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles, to support our clients and partners in their use of ESET products.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, System Analysis, Data Processing, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in virtualization, networks, operational systems (Windows), databases, and basic programming languages.
  • Language Proficiency: Intermediate-level English and Spanish.
  • Personal Characteristics: Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work in a team environment.
