Regional Product Management Manager">Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to serve as a voice for the customer within the region, providing structured solutions to Global Product Managers and leading market introductions in the respective areas.

This position plays a pivotal role in gathering information regarding market drivers, new products, applications, and technical requirements, as well as competitor portfolio analysis.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, involving Business Development Managers, Marketing and Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Project/Contract management departments.

  • Providing input to Global Product Managers on Market Requirements Specification and business cases for R&D initiatives.
  • Leading the market introduction of new products in coordination with Hub Marketing and Sales, Application Engineering, and creating marketing information tailored to the respective market/region.
  • Identifying co-creation/partnership opportunities and monitoring regional product requirements (changes in regulations, standards, legislations).
  • Establishing product standardization guidelines and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Additionally, this role involves implementing global portfolio strategy into the region, monitoring investments for regional offerings in alignment with the Global Product Group strategy, and supporting ToT Transfer of Technology activities.

Key performance indicators include:

  • Mid-long-term strategy implementation in the region.
  • Competitiveness program enhancement.
  • Quality assurance and HSE compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

For success in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, manufacturing techniques, and quality standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, including prioritization, timeline management, and meeting project milestones.
