Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Finance Manager to oversee the budget and forecasting cycles, ensuring accurate and timely completion. This includes coordinating with global teams and tracking and analyzing budget variances to identify areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the budget and forecasting cycles, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders within the organization to refine cost projections and associated methodologies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive financial models that support strategic planning and forecasting activities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Cost Center owners, collaborating with them to gather necessary financial information and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Effective communication skills will facilitate smooth coordination and cooperation throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in FP&A with a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes across diverse teams and geographical locations.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to identify the broader requirements of a globally-oriented FP&A function.
  • Excel as both an individual contributor and a leader, with the ability to set up best practices, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance and support as needed.
