About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to our clients via various communication channels
  • Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform technical configuration tasks and conduct troubleshooting to resolve complex issues
  • Work with sensitive customer information while maintaining confidentiality and security

Requirements:

  • Fluent German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) language skills
  • Knowledge of IPv4 protocol and basic network concepts
  • Basic firewall knowledge and experience with CRM systems
  • Personal laptop or computer with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
