Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our solutions team, focusing on strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of sales management experience and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple sales teams in new and established customer engagements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Oversee the execution of sales plans, ensuring alignment with internal and external customer needs.
  • Collaborate with account teams to provide subject matter expertise, strategy, and support for customer engagements.
  • Contribute to bid strategy, win themes, and differentiators based on AI technologies.
  • Coach, lead, and recruit top sales talent to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of sales management experience.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales or client-facing architecture roles involving AI, data science, or analytics.
  • Track record of leading teams who have over-achieved quota.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud-enabled business solutions for Communications Service Providers.
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office.
