Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Strategist to lead our AI Studio, driving innovation and growth in the HealthCare and Life Sciences sector. This is an exceptional opportunity to define and execute the full technology strategy for our Studio, leading a team of talented professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, ensuring alignment with our global strategy. You will have the chance to:

  • Define and drive the global AI technology vision across the HLS practice.
  • Oversee innovation in service offerings, ranging from generative AI, predictive models, NLP, and intelligent automation to AI-driven advisory services.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders in HLS clients to shape AI-led transformation roadmaps.
  • Create new offerings in the HLS space and develop overall technical strategy for the AI Studio.
  • Work directly with the CEO of the HLS studio, nurturing a strong global team across regions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, preferably with global scope and delivery scale of thousands of team members.
  • A proven record of leading AI-focused delivery practices within professional services firms, advanced consulting organizations, or healthcare and life science providers.
  • Demonstrated success engaging HCLS clients on AI transformation.
  • Experience in consultative sales/pre-sales, working alongside CROs/partners to convert technical capability into revenue.
  • Strong background in governance, risk, and security compliance around AI/ML systems.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills, coaching, growing, and scaling global teams.
