Expert Order Delivery Specialist

The role of Logistics Coordinator involves ensuring timely domestic and international order deliveries. This includes coordinating with internal departments to resolve order-related issues, informing them about product shortages, and monitoring warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
You will be the primary point of contact for carriers and drivers arriving at the facility location and update all systems with accurate information. The position also involves collaborating with Customer Relations and Transportation to schedule shipments and resolve order and inventory-related issues using software tools.
Key responsibilities include issuing work orders to drivers, monitoring fuel consumption norms, organizing transport, reporting failures, and keeping records on vehicle registration and technical inspections.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will also suggest measures to improve the delivery process and perform other duties assigned by immediate managers.
This role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experience and contribute to the success of our logistics operations.
