The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our Global Sales Partnership team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will partner with our Wishlist team across regions (Brazil, Spanish-speaking Latin America, the US, and Europe) to drive efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track performance metrics, including OKRs, forecasting, and creating reports to inform executive targets and attainments.
  • Help build a scalable portfolio management solution to drive business growth.
  • Monitor key metrics and proactively surface insights to the Partnership leadership team.
  • Establish strong working relationships with our commercial team.
  • Highlight best-performing executives and regions, and identify drivers behind over- and underperformance.
  • Contribute to data-driven decisions on topics such as forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis.
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations on go-to-market strategy, team restructuring, and improving rep productivity.
  • Design long-term data needs to build more impact-oriented OKRs.

Requirements

  • Previous years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable experience.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (working with international stakeholders globally).
  • Technical proficiency in Excel.
  • Data-driven with experience conducting sophisticated analyses.
  • Proactive, capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, and delivering results in challenging situations.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills across diverse functions, backgrounds, and working styles.
