Job Title: Human Resource Professional

This HR Manager role is a senior-level position that focuses on managing the human resources function in Brazil.

  • As the sole HR representative in Brazil, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Develop and maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
  • Guide and help set up payroll processes in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handle complex employee relations matters and internal investigations.
  • Analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Provide compensation analysis and prepare relevant business cases.
  • Manage and maintain accuracy of the HR information system.
  • Ensure smooth communication between HR, Operations, and other departments.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Brazil.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is considered an asset.
