As a Mid Level Merchant Operations Analyst, your mission will be to proactively monitor and provide the best experience for merchants. You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as payment approval rate, chargeback rate, and refund rate;
  • Suggesting and leading improvement initiatives;
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of data, charts, and spreadsheets;
  • Participating in regular meetings with merchants and presenting performance insights and issue resolutions;
  • Creating presentations with key performance indicators;
  • Constantly collaborating with other departments to resolve issues;
  • Handling daily merchant requests, such as settlement-related questions, payment confirmations, reports, and more.
Main Responsibilities
