Strategic Portfolio Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our organization in Sao Paulo. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic projects, managing stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, allocating resources, and monitoring project performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Strategic Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects aligned with our business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders and various departments to ensure project alignment and support.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize the use of resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to achieve project objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in PMO or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing complex project portfolios.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel (10-20%).
