About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer Junior to join our dynamic team at Hult International Business School. As a Business Developer Junior, you will play a key role in promoting our top-ranked Bachelor's degree to pre-qualified potential candidates, high schools, and parents.

Responsibilities
  • Promote our Bachelor's degree to pre-qualified potential candidates, high schools, and parents.
  • Provide guidance on the admissions process by telephone.
  • Interact with candidates, high schools, and parents in a professional manner, in line with our brand values and principles.
  • Represent Hult at different events.
  • Own and manage a pipeline of prospective students from the moment they inquire about Hult to the moment they matriculate in our BBA program.
  • Develop new and manage existing relationships with high schools in Brazil.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in sales, account management, and/or business development.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills.
  • Confident and professional phone manner.
  • Customer-focused and understanding of candidate needs.
  • Ambitious and target-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Willingness to learn and open to feedback.
