Proposal Development Specialist

As a member of our Proposal Specialists team, you will have the opportunity to enrich executive summaries for low complexity requests, crafted using standard templates.
Key Responsibilities:- Format documentation from various sources according to standard guidelines to address client requests of low complexity.
- You will utilize internal tools to research information about our company for integration into proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with the knowledge management team to identify reusable content for prospective client proposals.
- Work with the design team to coordinate design concepts for opportunities and facilitate design review processes.
- Manage elements of the proposal/presentation development process by tracking work plans/schedules for typical RFP projects.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of formatting and styling guidelines for proposals and presentations
