Make an Impact
  • Provide strategic insights to sales management on market trends, customer sales information, and historical sales data to develop strategies that drive business growth.
  • Assess complex sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Track monthly sales orders and analyze results against internal metrics to inform sales forecasts and operational plans.
  • Identify best practices among the sales team to inform strategic decisions.
  • Resolve complex distributor issues and propose solutions to achieve desired sales results.
What You Need
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency is essential, with Spanish as an asset.
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including Advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal relationship skills, consultative, and relationship management skills.
