
Business Development Specialist

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for planning and executing technical exchanges with customers, training clients, and developing detailed technical solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to drive business growth and success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct customer training sessions face-to-face and online to ensure effective product knowledge transfer.
- Lead the negotiation process with local service partners to secure favorable agreements.
- Manage and analyze market data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and fluency in English in business contexts.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the renewable industry, preferably in storage business.
- Electrician certificate is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or above, electrical or electronics background required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
