Coaching Manager

Job Overview:

As a Coaching Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance excellence and career development of Seller Coaching specialists. You will partner with Program teams to define and execute coaching strategies that enhance seller success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Seller Coaching specialists, driving performance excellence and career development through scalable coaching methodologies and quality standards.
  • Partner with Program teams to design and implement coaching strategies that enhance seller success.
  • Drive continuous process improvements through data analysis and performance metrics.

Leadership & Strategy:

As a Coaching Manager, you will lead a team of Seller Coaching specialists, driving performance excellence and career development. You will partner with Program teams to define and execute coaching strategies that enhance seller success.

Program Management & Analytics:

You will drive continuous process improvements through data analysis and performance metrics. Identify opportunities and implement solutions to optimize seller operations.

Stakeholder & Seller Success:

Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to drive program improvements. Lead resolution of complex seller escalations while supporting team development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
  • Experience identifying and resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
