About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Broker Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for deepening relationships with brokers and helping them understand, trust, and actively recommend us.
You will lead initiatives that support brokers' journeys from brand awareness to activation, connecting business priorities with meaningful experiences.
- Bridge Strategy and Execution: Translate business goals into strategic activations that impact performance.
- Prioritize Demands: Manage internal and partner requests, focusing on impactful activities.
- Enhance Broker Engagement: Suggest new ideas and opportunities to enhance broker engagement and sales.
- Analyze Impact: Measure and analyze the impact of field initiatives to inform future investments and improvements.
- Collaborate Internally: Translate business needs into clear creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams to execute them.
- Ensure Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints, aligning with strategy and execution.
Example Initiatives:
- Strengthen Relationship: Strengthen our relationship with brokers to become their preferred insurance partner.
- Create Promotional Campaigns: Create and manage promotional campaigns to engage and activate brokers.
- Develop Sales Enablement Materials: Develop sales enablement materials tailored for brokers.
- Organize Training Sessions: Organize training sessions focusing on messaging and product differentiation.
