This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker who can drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across global teams.
- Lead Operations: Manage and optimize key departments including CS, Fraud, KYC, Risk, Payments, and Player Trust & Safety.
- Elevate Player Experience: Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Mitigate Risk: Implement robust fraud prevention and risk management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive Efficiency: Streamline payment processing, reduce risks, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Foster Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with company goals.
- Analyze and Improve: Leverage data to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and Develop: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the team, supporting Team Leads in driving staff engagement and performance.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven Leadership: Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry is essential.
- Deep Understanding: Deep understanding of customer support, player management, risk, fraud, and payment operations.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
