Job Summary

This position serves as a key member of the EveryMatrix team, responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for Latin America. In partnership with the top management of the EveryMatrix Group and the global sales team, the successful candidate will drive business growth and development in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Latin America, in collaboration with the global sales team and top management.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to drive business growth and development in the region.
  • Oversee the recruitment and management of a commercial team handling the Latin American market.
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market plan for Latin America, including market research and analysis.
  • Manage the license process and make regulator introductions to ensure successful market entry.
  • Oversee due diligence and identify potential regulatory barriers to entry.
  • Present key markets and states for entry, and suggest entry strategies.
  • Identify key customers and approach them to develop business relationships.
  • Manage the product offering for the Latin American market, ensuring it meets the needs of customers and drives business growth.
  • Establish a strong PR presence and media presence in Latin America, including conferences, interviews, and lobby channels.
  • Identify and engage internal stakeholders and support functions for both Global Sales and Latin American business.
  • Provide general oversight of all EveryMatrix Latin America Office activities, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.
  • Liaise with the global infrastructure department to ensure technological purchases align with business requirements.
  • Assure a work environment that recruits, retains, and supports quality staff.
  • Recommend staffing and budgeting to management and HR, and assist with recruitment, contract negotiation, and salary structure maintenance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the B2B iGaming industry.
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven ability to develop and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Goal-driven, action-oriented, and innovative.
  • Self-starter, self-learner, and team player.
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience in people management and administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating and coordinating diverse areas of management.
  • Comfortable with diversity and fast decisions/changes.
  • Displays integrity, models behavior, develops people, and builds teams.
