We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pricing Analyst to join our team at Loadsmart.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire process of incoming contract requests from customers, including creating analysis files, tracking awards and pricing feedback, and facilitating sales and operations teams with RFP and bid management.
You will work closely with our Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Product teams to improve the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and meet customer expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating and supporting sales and operations teams with RFP and bid management for new and incumbent customers
- Updating and tracking progress on initiatives through various internal systems
- Coordinating directly with sales if there are questions or issues that need to be brought up with the customer
- Running point on final bid submission to third-party portals in collaboration with assigned Account Manager
- Daily management of RFP pipeline document from pre-bid activities to initial bid intake to internal review process with assigned account manager
- Assisting with customer mini-bids in collaboration with account managers when requested
- Assisting in bulk spot pricing requests and other contract-related ad-hoc analyses as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced results-driven role
- Working with process or bid management
- Managing strong communication and organization skills
- Working in a high-pressure deadline-driven environment
- Managing advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills alongside and within groups to maintain a collaborative work environment
- Proficient in verbal and written English
