
Strategic Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a seasoned and commercially-minded professional to drive service excellence across our project portfolio. As the main interface between clients and internal stakeholders, this role ensures alignment, high-quality execution, and sustainable growth.
- Lead the customer journey post-contract execution, ensuring target achievement and service excellence through warranty.
- Act as the main escalation point, liaising with executive leadership to resolve complex issues.
- Evaluate and improve project quality, driving continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Foster collaboration and long-term relationships between customers.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities, agility, persistence, and strategic thinking. Fluency in English is mandatory.
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in customer success, service delivery, and commercial excellence, with a strong background in managing strategic accounts and complex client environments.
