We're harnessing the power of software and AI to turn data into value and strategic insight for our users. By streaming live sensor data from production facilities worldwide, we're able to process it in an event-driven, distributed system using patented algorithms. This enables us to identify stable periods and select the most valuable data points for our machine learning models.
Beyond client work, we dedicate significant time and resources to cutting-edge machine learning research, including generative and probabilistic modeling, hybrid modeling (combining physics and ML), data-driven production optimization, and closed-loop identification.
Job OpportunityAs a highly skilled professional, you'll work hands-on with our data and contribute significantly to addressing some of the most important technical and strategic challenges we face. Your responsibilities may include:
- Analyzing large volumes of production data to solve real customer challenges
- Developing and optimizing our machine learning models
- Designing and building applications based on customer needs
- Preparing and delivering insightful presentations internally and externally
- Contributing to strategic initiatives such as go-to-market plans, positioning, and delivery models

Requirements- Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Oslo, Norway for 12 months and return to Rio to join the Brazilian team once your initial rotation is over
- Interest in digitalization, machine learning, and AI
- Basic understanding of programming and strong logical reasoning skills
- Ability to take initiative and deliver results
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Being Brazilian or possessing a valid work permit to work in Brazil once your rotation in Oslo is over
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Our tech stack is large, but any familiarity would be greatly appreciated
- Familiarity with Python
- Experience working with large datasets
- Experience/knowledge of Plotly Dash
- Experience studying or working abroad
- Experience with simulation, optimization, and modeling
- Master's degree in engineering or a related field
