The Commercial Director for Brazil plays a pivotal role in driving the company's success as a leading provider of information to the automotive industry and market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a strategic approach for new business sales growth in Brazil aligned with the company's business plan
  • Delivering increased sales, revenue, and market share across various automotive sectors
  • Reviewing the capabilities of the local sales team, creating development plans, and focusing on their development with regards to new solution sales and propositions
  • Leading and coaching the local Sales team to drive commercial business forward and develop successful long-term business partnerships with clients

Required qualifications include:

  • University degree or equivalent experience in a related business area
  • 5 years' experience in the automotive industry or selling to automotive-OEMs, retailers, or TIER 1 OES/suppliers, with experience as a Commercial Director, Sales Manager, or similar
  • Product planning, pricing, and automotive retail experience an advantage

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, be highly developed in presentation, and have a strong sense of commercial awareness. They should also be able to form open bi-lateral relationships based on trust, integrity, and respect at all levels of an organization (internal and client). Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
