Job Overview

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strategy in Brazil. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop the local market, and own key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultative sales to understand client needs and realities.
  • Lead a growing team of 9 people, expected to reach 35+ in the coming years.
  • Owning all Brazilian metrics, including ARR, CAC, LTV, and Gross Margin.
  • Define the R&D development roadmap for Brazil in collaboration with the product team, based on customer feedback.
  • Oversee the entire GTM (Go-to-Market) team, including Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Customer Support.
  • Report directly to the CEO and be responsible for defining Toku's Brazil strategy.
Requirements
  • Strategic leadership experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
