SAP Digital Supply Chain Solution Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team responsible for the technical support of Digital Supply solutions, including SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) products. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding technical support and an effortless experience in issue resolution to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services.
  • Analyze complex, real-world problems, often working in production environments.
  • Research, document, and share knowledge through creation of Knowledge Base articles, Wiki documents, SAP Community answers, etc.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
  • Work as part of an international team; meet, work, and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world.
  • Participate in global projects around support processes.
  • Attend (external and internal) e-Learning Lessons, remote learning sessions, classroom training, and coaching.

Requirements:

  • University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Production Engineering, or related areas.
  • Knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming desired (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.).
  • Some knowledge of database structures and SQL preferred.
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
  • Problem-solving/analytical skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Flexible approach to working in teams and hybrid environments.
  • Fluent in English.
