Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice, coaching, and support to managers and employees, looking for opportunities to improve employee experience and retention.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition, HRSSC, Global Business Services, and line managers to facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring a positive induction experience from Day 1 and beyond.
  • Ensure employees receive a positive pay-day experience every month and provide support and guidance to management teams with ongoing performance management.
  • Manage offboarding respectfully, conducting exit interviews to learn how to improve the working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HRBP or junior HR advisory role, preferably in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application in a business environment.
  • Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of business operations and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Solutions-oriented approach, with proven track record of delivering results and handling complex HR matters.
  • Experience with HR analytics and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Experience managing monthly payroll inputs to ensure employees receive a positive pay day experience.
  • International or multi-site work experience.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese.
