Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead DVC Smart Manufacturing implementations. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, meet their main objectives, and stay within budget. Key responsibilities include providing control and follow-up of key activities, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, and communicating with all stakeholders. Focusing on 7 Lagoas and Cerillos implementation as well as IT/OT readiness for Funza and Itu is also essential.

Key qualifications for this role include:

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in managing projects
- Experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing projects is highly recommended
- PMP certification or other valid project management methodologies are advantageous
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be able to motivate multifunctional teams, and demonstrate negotiation and influence capabilities. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential. Conceptual selling, strategic thinking, data analysis, and results-oriented mindset are also valuable assets for this position.
