Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial operations and grow your career in the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements and reports
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Reconciliations and Month-End Closings: Perform reconciliations and support month-end closings to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Coordinate with other departments on financial planning and analysis to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office

As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, performing reconciliations and supporting month-end closings, and coordinating with other departments on financial planning and analysis. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all financial data is accurate and reliable.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
