Job Description:

The Marketplace Growth Advisor will be responsible for driving business growth and program satisfaction for Amazon's Selling Partners by working closely with them to develop and implement tailored strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the Amazon Marketplace and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to identify untapped potential and opportunities for growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within our prospective accounts. You will also be responsible for developing processes, tools, and content to support the growth of our Paid Services solutions alongside cross-functional teams and colleagues in other countries.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth, and be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment given the early stage of our Paid Services program. Key job responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of Selling Partners to develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and owning communications
- Producing profound business recommendations and actionable insights by using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data
- Leveraging comprehensive Amazon knowledge to support the objectives of our Selling Partners

- Consulting with Selling Partners on opportunities derived and potential business impact

- Serving as a proficient sparring partner to our Selling Partners, guiding the execution of strategic plans, answering ad-hoc questions, and helping overcome operational and subject-specific challenges

- Gaining trust with each managed Selling Partner through close collaboration and delivering results, using trust to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

- Educating each Selling Partner about Amazon's solutions and news to enhance their knowledge

- Preparing and presenting performance deep dives to facilitate a monthly discussion around business progress, current challenges, and strategic plans with Selling Partners

- Developing specific local requirements to ensure that standardize processes are adapted to the needs of our Selling Partners in their country
