The Proposal Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all client bids are compelling, compliant, and aligned with both client expectations and company capabilities. This involves bringing together cross-functional teams to design winning strategies and deliver high-quality proposals under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process from RFP/RFI analysis to final submission, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead proposal strategy sessions to define win themes, competitive differentiators, and solution narratives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to gather and integrate all proposal components.
  • Develop persuasive and tailored proposal documents and presentations that reflect the client's industry, challenges, and expectations.
  • Oversee risk and pricing considerations, ensuring commercial terms align with delivery feasibility.
  • Create and maintain reusable content, templates, and knowledge management systems to enhance bid efficiency.
  • Conduct post-bid reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support oral presentations, client clarification sessions, and other post-submission engagements as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business value.
  • Solid understanding of public and private sector procurement processes, particularly in international contexts.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and strong collaboration abilities.
