About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our Customer Experience (CX) Program. This key role will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.


Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing a comprehensive CX strategy to meet business objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, product, and customer support teams.
  • Analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency a plus.
  • SQL proficiency and experience working with data analytics tools.
